    Q: How do I book a Recording session?
    Recording sessions are in-person and require a deposit to secure your time slot.
    Tentative holds last up to 48 hours; unpaid slots are automatically released.

    Q: Can I cancel or reschedule?
    Recording sessions: Cancellations within 12 hours are non-refundable.
    Earlier cancellations may be rescheduled or credited toward a future booking.
    Production / Mixing: Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

    Q: What materials do I need to provide?
    Please prepare your project materials (melody, stems, references, etc.) as outlined in the specific Service Rate Sheet for your project type.
    All detailed submission requirements can be found there.

    Q: How far in advance should I book?
    Recording sessions: 1–2 weeks ahead recommended.
    Production or mixing/mastering: timelines vary — early booking ensures availability.

  • Q: How do payments work?
    A 50% deposit is required to start all projects.
    The remaining balance is due before final delivery.

    Q: What payment methods do you accept?
    Bank transfer, PayPal, Zelle, Alipay, and WeChat Pay.
    Invoices can be issued under Songplex Entertainment, Inc. upon request.

  • Q: How many revisions are included?
    Each project includes up to three free revisions.
    From the fourth revision, additional fees apply per round.

    Q: How are files delivered?
    Final files are sent via secure cloud storage.
    Please refer to the Service Rate Sheets for standard delivery formats and versions.
    Additional formats or alternate versions are available upon request.

    Q: What’s the typical turnaround time?
    Production / Arrangement: ~2–3 weeks
    Mixing / Mastering: ~3–7 days
    Recording: same-day session, edits within 24 hours
    Rush delivery available for an additional20–30% fee.

  • Q: When does my project officially begin?
    Work begins once the 50% deposit is received and the project scope is confirmed in writing.
    By submitting payment, the client agrees to Songplex’s terms, policies, and service scope.

    Q: Can I cancel or reschedule my project?
    Once work has begun, deposits are non-refundable.
    Recording session cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable.
    Earlier cancellations may be rescheduled or credited toward a future booking at Songplex’s discretion.

    Q: What is Songplex’s studio policy?
    Maximum capacity: 5 people per session (including artists, guests, and staff).
    No smoking inside the studio.
    Food and drinks are allowed but must be kept away from equipment.
    Please arrive on time; late arrivals may reduce session time without refund.

    Q: How is overtime handled?
    Overtime is billed hourly, based on the engineer’s rate and availability.
    Approval must be given by the engineer before extending a session.
